+ kendo-ui map is simpler to use

+ kendo-ui map loads via require.js (ArcGIS has incompatibility issues with require.js)

+ kendo-ui map seems to resize better, and recover more quickly after resize

            + kendo-ui map loads faster

+ kendo-ui map seemed a bit slow on resize (uses CPU 25%) but side-by-side with Arcgis seems to perform better

- zooming on Arcgis is smoother

- ArcGis map has a richer API

- ArcGis allows you to host your own basemaps (if you buy the server)
